Instead of cancel why not dissipate? It exiles the spell, and is the same mana cost. And no goblin elcotromancers?

I prefer Guttersnipe over Goblin Electromancer because Electromancer only benefits 10 of my 22 main deck, non-permanent spells, and Guttersnipe gives every spell an additional 2 damage. As far as Cancel over Dissipate, I forgot about Dissipate.
Have you tried to put the kilin fiend? It take +3/+0 for each istant or sorcery you put. Or gelectrode
If I were running any other format, I'd definitely find a way to fit in Kiln Fiend and Wee Dragonauts.
