This is the MasteBudget experience! I try to base my decks around the $20 mark. I like to keep it lower than that when possible. I like to try to keep the cards to at least be Modern, so people can play modern if they want with these decks or just play casual with anyone who wants to. This blue and black control deck features a nice balance of counter and removal spells to control your opponent. Archaeomancer lets you recycle the spells you need most. Stall and manage your opponent until your larger creatures like Horror of the Dim and Skyline Predator can cleanup. This is a great control deck for beginners, and can also be easily converted into a mill deck with cards in the sideboard like Doorkeeper and Tome Scour. The choice is yours!
