What is your win condition. Because you have a lot of counter adding but only a few of your cards do any combat damage. Thrummingbird works fine,but if opponent gets a flying 1/1 out you would basically loose the game. You should add in virulent wound. It's cheap removal, and gives your opponent a poison counter (something you can at least proliferate).
