The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

A deck based around wee dragonauts...Actually it's fastest with kiln fiend...Anyways advice on how to speed it up is always welcome!

Update:

I swapped the izzet boilerworks and sulfur falls for just 4 shivan reefs, it helps speed the deck up.

I am considering adding in:

Double Cleave
Crimson Wisps
Preordain
Lightning Bolt
Mana Leak
Kindled Fury

So if anyone has any suggestions on those, or any other cards they have in mind, please feel free to make suggestions.

Deck discussion for Blue? Red? WEE????

I love the gelectrodes, and in fact I'll probably add them to my own deck which is similar to this. I wouldn't suggest copying mine, as these appear different in style (mine is essentially a burn deck but instead of mono red it's blue and red, whereas yours is more of it's own style than simply burn) however if you're looking for cards I'd definitely check it out. The card draw and mana combos look good, however I'm not sure about rite of flame. You really don't use that many red mana symbols, so the rites may not be used to their full effect. I'm not sure so far what to replace it with, but I would consider phyrexians. Some good cards can probably be gleaned from my deck to help make yours as good as it can, although I'm no magic expert so do take what I suggest with a grain of salt. Anyways, http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=298445

By the way, if you're trying my deck expect to mulligan your opening hand roughly every other time. Out of the two I almost always (90+%) have a turn 3-5 win hand, so don't be afraid to do that mull.

I was considering adding in some of the phyrexian mana cards, mostly just mutagenic growth. But the rite in flame work well, either by being an extra spell to cast, giving me more mana to work with, or even getting a kiln fiend out first turn and winning on the second turn

I cannot concur strongly enough on the mutas, as they have been huge help for my damage (4+ for 2 life, huzzah!) and I'll trust the rite of flame. I do wonder whether they're being used fully. Do you find that the red mana is particularly helpful for combos given your blue dominance? They might be of more use if you had a few more red cards, but that's just my 2c, and I've not played the deck more than a few practice hands so I lack experience with it.

I played it a couple of times against some of my friends, against a very fast infinite combo deck, a ninja deck, and an agro black deck. And overall it it played fairly well. The mutegenic growths are in and are great. And as for the rite in flames. They may go out for something like lightning bolt, or even some card draw. But they did get my kiln fiend out first turn, winning on the second.

If you're looking for more focus it would be easy to remove the delvers in favor of lightning bolts or something like that, making it a bit more focused on the cards it's designed around, which is a double-edged sword.

I'm considering removing the delvers from the deck. they were alright in some of the games i've played with it. they almost proved to be more useful then the gelectrodes, simply because this deck is almost too fast to use the gelectrodes at time. Regardless, either of those are going to be coming out for lightning bolts, or something similar

wow it is superfast with the Manamorphose, mana + draw a card is really good.
I'm not too sure about the Turn Aside though, it certainly helps against spot removal but I would rather play mana leak since it is more versatile and really good in the first 5 turns.
check out my standard delver deck and let me know what you think: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=352027

I recently made a second turn win against a friend of mine using the manaporphose. The only reason i'm using turn aside is i often have 1 mana to spare, not so often did i have two. But i am considering mana leak
