Is there a reason everything but Arc Runner is a 2 of? and is this a IRL deck or Budget deck?

For someone new, you made a great budget deck. My recommendations are Grave Titan and Inferno Titan, the reprints from commander are really cheap. And maybe replace your commander with Mogis, God of Slaughter, the gods are hard to remove as commanders and Mogis works well as early game board control.Kaervek is amazing; Torrent of Souls isn't expensive, most reanimator cards without a downside cost 5; shriekmaw is good with the dictate of erebos you have; this is commander, nothing is too high a cost, play warstorm; thunderous wrath does not work in edh; hellhole flailer is better with auras like madcap skills; fists of the demigod and distress are too narrow for edh
