Well let me tell you it is a decent combo, but also, somewhat bad, no offense. First off, Pulling off Tamiyo's ultimate then playing the champion could be a little difficult. Second, people can block that thing, and I don't see Rancor or enough destruction. There should be a lot more good ideas with tamiyo and I find this one to be average. Although this is just my opinion.

astral cycling is to remove blockers. for example 3 white mana for 3 blockers...
and of course, i wouldnt play this deck...
You need a way to hold off long enough to even get this this combo, which you have very few ways to do. I also recommend reliquary Tower for unlimited hand size considering um, I don't know, ITS A LAND ?!? (Alas, no mana cost)
I mean, Taimyo's Ultimate takes NINE TURNS to even get to, Reliquary tower can be out first turn. I reccomend putting in some cards that help you block more as well. Throw in a bunch of fog type cards. Or someone like Lotleth troll that has 1 cost regenerate.
