See now THAT'S a sliver deck. Personally I don't think you need the striking slivers but at the same time I can understand your need for a one drop.

You have the necessary ramp, you've got the right backup in your sideboard, just nice. I see a weakness to flying though.

Ready // Willing is just great, you attack with everything and your opponent is like yay I can finish you off! Nope.

I like the way it looks. A few suggestions, though. You dont need Rancor in this deck, since the slivers pump themselves. And going against a halfway decent control deck would destroy you. One board clear gets through and you are having to wait for your draws to get any more creatures out. I would suggest adding something like domri rade or Garruk, Caller of Beasts to give you solid midgame draw ability. Also, the slivers are a little out of balance. Thorncaster and Megantic are going to be your two ringers in this deck, so I would drop one striking sliver and one bonescythe to add in one more of each. Also, since esper control is still big, you may want to add something like Witchbane orb to your sideboard to counter mill decks. Lastly, you may want to sideboard in some enchantment removal since Burning earth would kill you pretty easily.

I don't face any mill decks where im from. Plus boros charms for the board wipes. I don't run garruk because of the mana cost increases my curve. The megantic and thorncaster sliver are my only high cost and I only run 2 of each it's fast enough as is. The rancors with the double strike sliver make my slivers insane.
