I never played when slivers were in Standard but they look awesome. The opening hand is brutal with land though Mulligan-ed twice and no land!
IMHO I think this deck wouldn't do awful at a FNM. Alot of cards with good effects and the Mana Curve looks okay.
I certainly like it quite a bit!

You need to add a lot more land. Adding 10 more land would be wise. Try to keep it to a 38 to 22 land or 40 to 20 land ratio. Which is for every 3 cards you should include a land. I like all the cards though seems really trolly haha.
I think your land should be all brought down to 3 and add 3 islands 2 plain 1 mountain just so not everything comes into play tapped not much you can do on your first turn with this deck but still...

This might work but IMHO you should get rid of the ring and the 4 four think twices to add 2 lands and some dissipates. Other than that I like this deck alot.
Really good mana ramp decks destroy me and I have everything minus Jaces archivist bought an m12 box not a single one.... Creatures are probably the hardest thing to deal with in this deck also good burn decks trashy ones are wrecked by this deck.

I might have a biased towards vampires haha but your mana curve will be alot better with the changes and you'll be able to control the battlefield and his hand size
Deck looks interesting but you should take out the vampires they will take too much time to set up you should get: 4 Dash Hopes (to get your control on) replace the mind rots with Funeral Charms (because it's an instant cast discard) 4 Dark Rituals (to get your mana on) take 1 shrine of limitless power out and put in two Phyrexian Arenas(to get your draw on) since it's a mono black deck you might think about some Corrupt too.
Two words Thrumming Stone and get rid of dregs of sorrow
