4 painful truths seems crazy heavy on the card draw. Have you tried swapping a couple out for some kholaghan's commands. It can gain you value in a similar way and effect the board as well. I was running Truths in my list and i ended up completely cutting them from the main and side. Your deck seems very different to mine in certain ways though so it may be ok.
