Dude, I would get rid of the nirkana cutthroats, the hexmage, Guul Draz Assasins, and Drana. Put in Pulse Trackers and Vampire Nocturnus. In my opinion if you are going to have lightning bolts you should have four. They are more effective then other cards you have i this deck right now. Vampires and burn are about speed as you probably already know and right now it doesnt seem that fast.

Thank you for your suggestions. It did feel like the Nirkana Cutthroats and Drana were slowing down the deck a bit, it runs faster with the Pulse Trackers. I would love to put Nocturnus in but he cycled out with M10 :( The Assassins if they fire off early can lock someone down later on in the game but I will consider removing him because getting him out late game he's just a target. I will definitely replace some of the burn spells with lightning bolts when I can pick some more up :)
