I suggest adding
Teleportal
Dynacharge
and definitely Goblin Rally

Yeah Necromancer is a great card but are you sure it's really worth splashing black if you're only going to have 2 copies?
Why not go all the way and make a white/black weenie

Hmm i've heard of it
Green Black Midrange with access to ridiculous amounts of removal
I'd sub out the shocks (they won't be able to kill anything) for more dispels/noncreature countermagic and definitely some rapid hybridization

Hmm for this deck I'd cut down the lands to 22, if not 20. The max CMC of your deck is 3 and you only have 4 cards with 3 CMC
I'd also take out weapon surge and celestial flare and replace it with goblin rally and dynacharge or maybe even armed//dangerous
That 2 to cast 1/1 doublestrike whose name escapes me is also pretty good.

Damn I didn't spot that
I put Hover Barrier in as a replacement

Murmuring Phantasm is very nice but It doesn't have flying
Wall of Frost is also a great replacement but It costs double blue mana which is sort of an unreliable 3 drop on turn 3 and doesn't hav eflying either

vs different matchups you can sub your personal wall choice in

I feel Snapcaster Mage could easily find a place in this deck

Kiln Fiend allows your deck to be much more aggressive which is reflected in your decklist
There is basically no control whatsoever it is full aggro

I guess the fact more people will be attracted to standard decks rather than modern?

Modern decks also tend to be far more powerful than anything standard has to offer because of the larger card pool :/

Of course!
Check out my sideboard notes for some help vs common deck archetypes
I think it will do fairly well, probably have most trouble against american control/control or removal heavy decks in general

If anything putting it through it's paces should help reveal improvements to the current deck list

So far my draw options are: quicken, uncovered clues/divination and inaction injunction (i think inaction injunction is a better version of prophetic prism)
I don't really like wild guess because you gotta discard and it costs 2 red (2 red is a bit fiddly to make)

quicken is nice becaues it's a 1 to cast draw a card but it's second effect isn't all that useful
As it stands id rather pick uncovered clues/divination/inaction injunction
so i picked uncovered clues :P

The deck I had the greatest success with in the FNM scene was Frank Karsten's WW QuestCry back in the Zendikar Block (albeit it was a budgeted version - no fetches and Ardent Recruits (basically 1 to cast 3/3) instead of Steppe Lynxes).
So my arguements above were part of personal experience, I'm not making this stuff up.
I remember steamrolling my friend who played black/red vampires (one of the stronger decks in the competitive Zendikar Meta) over and over again even though he had spent waaaaaaaaaay more money than I did (his full playset of bloodghasts were worth twice my deck).

Memnite was one of my favourite cards in the deck. I loved it's art and to me it represented the pinnacle of mana efficiency
0 to cast 1/1 OP MAN!!!

Also, shameless self promotion...
If you're a fan of combo decks check out my newest one

Mill your opponent until they reveal 24 lands with some equipments and Mirko Vosk

Perhaps the title is a bit misleading
Everyone reads it and seems to think "THIS DECK WILL WIN BY TURN 4 EVERYTIME"
Instead of
This deck can win by turn 4 sometimes

the countermagic is there MAINLY to ensure that nivix cyclops can attack for lethal without being countered or dying to removal

I think this deck NEEDS countermagic because it relies on the 4 card combo to succeed without being disrupted by the enemy

If i take it all out it would be a COMPLETELY different deck, a deck that you are very much welcome to make yourself.

I dont know what you're talking about Ring of wishes is out...
I also added 2 disperses and 3 Uncovered clues
Why?
Because I took the advice of other players (which i valued)

@Aliski
What is the point of tapping permanents when my goal is to finish the game 1 one attack with an unblockable creature (unblockable given from teleportal)
My opponent will be dead as soon as i deal combat damage so I won't make use of the cipher proc
