Shenanigan deck.Control until you get Elite Arcanist with Silence or Angel's Grace exiled on it. Enchant Arcanist with indestructibility. Reminisce to prevent decking yourself. This is just an early variation on the deck. Looking for good options to make the Arcanist hexproof as well, to prevent him getting exiled.

It may be just for shenanigans, but you do need a win-con :P Since it's a stall deck, and your positive on protecting your arcanists, might I suggest something cheap, but hard to block? Things along the lines of Serra Avenger or even Invisible stalkers fit the curve and provide a means to an end.

Hmm... then might I suggest Elixir of Immortality over Reminisce? For the same cost, it shuffles itself back in to the deck as well and gives you five life :P
