Why thank you. I ran mono-black infect at NY states back in fall 2011, placed top 8 (my first large scale tournament, AND on my birthday). I haven't ran it in awhile and it's rotating out soon, so hopefully this will be fun.

I already have four lilianas and four obliterators. I have four lillies so I have a greater chance of drawing them, and if I have more than one in hand it's an easy choice to discard with her +1.

Yeah the only reason I put one in is cause I pulled one and wanted to build a deck around it. Rest assured if I pull more I will put more in here.
I would say get rid of the two infect cards, and myr reservoir isn't all that necessary. You might want to add a coat of arms. This isn't bad for your first deck, but try using this as a reference http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=146057
