Standard bant! Nice I was looking for such a deck. I would think adding 4 Green Sun's Zenith's instead of Gideon's and perhaps 2 swords instead of 4. Also add at least 1 plains and island instead of 2 forests. Ramping seems fast enough.
And perhaps some darkslick shores instead of all those basic lands. What's the finisher btw? I feel like you need some hard hitters instead of relying on perilous myrs.
Wouldn't it be cool to reclaim those myrs and solemns through postmortem lunge or something like it?
I was thinking putting in pemmin's aura for the saking of combining with arcanis.
Check out my angel deck, you might get good ideas. How are you going to play 4 sol rings btw? :P
Also, lose the sol ring. You can't play legacy with this and it is probably too slow for vintage. And why sidedeck 3 mesmeric orbs when you have 4 in your deck?
For the sake of prices you can get rid of the Underground Seas. You could put in 3x Drowned Catacomb and 3x Darkslick Shores and 2x Watery Grave so you can still fetch UB duals. 4x Misty Rainforest and Scalding Tarn and then you have save like 450 bucks with near to equally good landchances.
1x Wildspeaker? Make that 2x Garruk Primal Hunter No Vorinclex? Throw in less Khalni Hydra's Throw in some other mana acceleration. Caged Suns and Birds instead of Llanowars. Birds kan block you a 5/5 dragon for a turn or inkmoth nexus or Skithiryx or anything else that's flying and fucking up your stuff. Or perhaps even Noble Hierarch, but that's if your wallet allows it. I'd also throw in 2-4 green sun's zenith's. And maybe scavenging ooze to protect oyurself from graveyard based play.
Don't play with playsets? Get 4 Undead Warchief 4 Lord of the Undead 4 Grave Titan 4 Death Baron 2 Phyrexian Crusader 2 Stromgald Crusader Then some stuff like door of destinies, coat of arms to buff it any further.
4 Sol Rings? So much for legacy approval anyhow. This decks is very similar to my eldrazi check. Go check it out!

1x Entomb? I have at least 4x entombs and reanimates in my reanimate deck.
Actually there is nog reason to have mana leak there instead of counterspell. It's mono-blue and counterspell is obviously a solid counter for the same amount of mana. I often came to the situation where mana leak just wouldn't cut it and I need a full counter. Fog Bank is also a solid wall, but Wall of Tears seems more fitting for this deck. I also recommend some sky diamonds. They are relatively cheap mox sapphires and let's you cast for 5 instead of 1 each turn keeping your lands open for countering.
