This deck is a basic mill deck as for how to win well they're many ways to go about it first and more obviously you can mill out your oppent and use the preator to stall your opponent, you could mill yourself as long as you have a labratory maniac on the field, and finally you have the Hedron alignment to seal your opponents fate. My inspiration is on a rage inducing blue mill deck.
With this deck my main focus personally is to make sure I get out as many Jace erasures as soon possible along with pumping out Cards to draw and throw out a few creatures for defense if needed.
