Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

How to Play

1. Play chrome mox, sac for black mana.
2.dark ritual for balustrade spy, target yourself, get 4/3X narcomeaba.
3. use 3X Narkomeaba to Flashback dread return targeting laboratory maniac.
4. Gitaxan probe to win.

Notes:
1. never play chancellor; only reveal her.
2. most cards are replaceable.
3. ooh! bridge from below does cool stuff too!

It's stil kind of weird that we go to the same places, think the same thoughts, and have the same interests in this game. Good joke though.

Well, it's probably not THAT weird...we tend toward the same kind of decks. I think on an interactive site like this, you're probably bound to run into the same people over time...like draws to like (or so I'd like to think...okay, admittedly, that was too obvious to be anything but lame). I did wonder, when I most recently visited the Active list, if you had a hand in that...there were some really cool decks listed there, some of which I hadn't seen before.

T'was my friend's idea to make a lawless deck involving the spy... I filled in the cracks.

Horrible deck. Not legal in anything, expensive, and unreliable.

I get that it's constructive criticism, but this deck is WAY too casual and practically impossible to play irl. Just showing off an interesting combo.

Well, constructive is debatable. My build style is just build real decks, most budget. And, ok, I can see showing off a cool combo.

Also, call me stupid, but how do you win with Gitaxian Probe? You draw one card. I don't see a bouncer card.

0

Definitely not the most expensive deck, and it's legal in legacy. It's not reliable though.

yeah, it was just mostly me showing of a combo- you wit with gitaxian probe because you have no cards left and a laboratory maniac.

I assume by "wit" you mean "win" and in that case, ok. But Gitaxian Probe lets you draw a card. a card. 1 card. And, unless you have 64 Gitaxian Probes, then I don't see how you win.

And, yes, I understand that it is legal in Legacy, but I don't really count Legacy, as very few people play in it. And, for such an old and unreliable deck, it's very expensive ($100).

And, lastly, budget is generally under $20. That's why I was saying expensive.

I didn't notice that he tagged it budget. Also what's "extended" legality?

0

I'm not too sure, but i think it's like standard but allows the previous 3-5 blocks or something. Too old for standard, but still pretty new in modern.

Maybe, but when you search the extended legal cards, it includes atleast one scars of mirrodin card

0

I have no idea what extended legacy is, I know most people don't play standard. Modern is the most common game type, containing enough sets to be fun, but not the old overpowered sets. And, still: what's up with the Gitaxian Probe? I don't see 60 of them.

I looked it up, and I think it allows sets from the past couple years instead of the last couple sets like standard. You're right though, I don't really see an infinite combo

That's what I though. Misthoof, got any answer?

Ok. you've milled yourself out with balustrade spy, no cards left in deck. laboratory maniac allows you to win if you would be millkilled, and gitaxian probe allows you to millkill yourself, winning the game.

Ooooooh. That's awesome! I really like that combo. I though you had no land for space, but I see now. Nice.

What deck is complete without a playset of chimney imps and tibalts

0
Posted 29 December 2015 at 21:15

Lol yes. just filler, if you wanted to make more playable you would replace these cards with stuff that would help you win.

0

Chrome Mox is legal in Vintage, and could replace Lotus Petal. So then you would be able to play in Vintage. It's hella expensive, but I say worth it, because very few people play in Legacy.

Done!

All the other moxen are restricted in vintage, still expensive, but you only run one of each. And price does not really matter, right?

0

well i would like to keep it 300$ and less.

Have four of the cards needed to get the first turn win, and have less of the rest. You'll be more likely to get the combo out that way. Also, I'd take "budget" out of the name and tags since it isn't really budget.

it's rather cheap for vintage, and I have four of each...

You don't have four laboratory maniacs and you definitely want those

0

no, you don't. you want to mill them.

I'll agree with that one. The idea behind it is really awesome!

why play so many filler cards that do nothing? i dont get it. if you wanted to make it more viable you should add more mana generation, 4x elvish and simian spirit guides, 4 cabal ritual, 4 chrome mox, 4 manamorphose for fixing, street wraith to make it more consistent, undercity informer is another balustrade spy, 4 summoner's pact to find spirit guide, cabal therapy, sac zombies from bridge to make sure there is nothing ur opponent can do after you have reanimtaed, wild cantor can work as color fixing etc etc, also your win con should be, mill library, reanimate underworld cerberus, play lab man with spirit guide manas and wild cantor as mana fix to get blue, cycle street wraith, lot harder to disrupt and doesnt require you to have probe in hand. i mean yeah, i get it this pretty casul idea but rly man when over half the deck does nothing something is wrong
