I have been seeing alot of people playing Delver decks, Token decks and Spirit decks lately. While they are all good I get so tired of seeing the same deck over and over and over agian. Yes it worked in some Compitition. Build your own. This is my deck that I put together to hopefully compeate against the before mentioned decks. Let me know what you think and if I missed anything. Thanks for your time. Brief reason for each card read if you like. Bellowing: After I have enough out there to kill Zenith or just cast if i have it for a unblockable win agianst most decks. Thrun: with all the control out there in todays meta game getting a 4/4 regen hexproof cant be countered is awsome. Acidic Slime: To get rid of that tempered steel or any other annoying enchantment Birds: really Dungrove: hexproof and it buffs with my mana hopefully lay one every turn Llanowar: really Primordial Hydra: if i can get it out it just makes people go O snap I have to get rid of that. and if they cant They get smacked Skinshifter: great turn two card can get rid of that delver if need be or block that big agro creature. Predator Ooze: I like this card alot Garruk: I picked this one because i can Zenith out of it and or get 1/1 death touch guys out of it. Zenith: to get that card I might need to respond to whats happening Gut Shot: Kill a bird, delver, any white wennie or red boost weenie must have Beast within: for the ooze to get a token and or to get rid of a Geist or what have you Sideboard Ratchet: get rid of those damn tokens and or wolfs after they have flipped Glissa is to get back a ratchet and i can cast it if i dont have a bird with a zenith Corrosive gale token or spirit deck board clear Ghost quarter for the wolf run decks. Any ideas? what do you think about surgical extraction as a sideboard?

Q: Why play Gut Shot when it's a red and it costs you 2 life to only do 1 to an opponent?

Ill take the 2 life to kill a delver or a stormkirk noble before it starts getting big and i cant do anything about it. If i have a bird out there then im not taking 2 life and I still get rid of a problem turn 1 card. It just helps keep the tempo in my favor.
