This is a self-mill/flash hulk deck.The idea is to mill yourself out and win through Jace, Lab Maniac & Thassa's Oracle.The other thing you can do is play flash then protean hulk and win through one of two combos.Im trying to keep this list as close to $200 (or less) as I can, if you have an card suggestions that might synergize better please let me know!
