Simic is over powered and here's one deck design reason why.
Turn1: mulligan if need to 4 unless u get a index before you get there any lower and getting index can't tell if you could comeback play island anthem indexTurn2: play a forest and play a kioras follower or illusionist bracers and if second land is a island you choose bracers or counterspellTurn3: land I prefer the bounce land then bracers then mana morph for the infinte mana combo if you don't have mana morph hold off a turn before going off and save the mana for a counter spell or tap 4 land thanks to follower elite Arcanist with either triton tatics or counter spell now game is locked downTurn4: land still prefer bounce land now just tap 5 bracer hook up with bracer and bam wind with a mana open to triton to victory tap/untap board and well just win if your elite is counter spell elite well leave mana untapped and win next turn or stall till you get emrakul Another idea is to silence you enemy for ever with elite and then emrakul to oblivion

My first deck idea for what I call the modern legacy deck it's a pun on the idea of a deck so powerful in modern that it might be better then some amazing legacy decks and yet still stay true to being only modren sets and having the feel of just god like ability. Plus I know the are some better designs but I'm trying to also show god damn insane simic is plus there's a few other cards I wanted in but just took too much mana to play
