This deck idea has a very cool concept. I just have one problem: How can you play the Scuttling Doom Engine on turn three with only Elvish Mystic, Sylvan Caryatid and three lands. That's only five mana available.
Turn 1: play and tap a forest for elvish mystic turn 2: play the mountain,tap for sylvan caraytid, tap elvish mystic for mana so you have 3 mana turn 3:play the forest, tap for sylvan caraytid and elvish mystic for mana so you have 6 mana to cast Scuttling Doom Engine
But I believe that your mana pool empties at your end step right?
