Well, I see your point, but why prolong the game by waiting for enough mana to hard-cast, when you can put them out for 4?

Self-Mill? I never said about milling myself, only that you would want to prevent it with Elixir. Also, you don't need to pay the cost every turn, just when you copy it out of your hand. And the CMC of the card isn't changed by delving, just paid for. Like Convoke. So, when you copy it out of your hand, you still have to pay the 11 CMC. About the beasties, thanks for the tips, I will put in the deranged assistants, for the mana for Bala Ged, I will try the reaper. Thanks!

Well, I want to keep it in these colors, for Eladamri's Call, and sure I can remove these creatures, but do you have any suggestions for cheap beasties? That's the rout I want to go with this deck. Get the combo going, get baddies, wreak havoc. It will be your turn infinetly, so their creatures will be worn away if they choose to chump. I agree about the grave-search though. I'll have too look into that. But why the Elite Arcanist? Both Temporal and Waterveil are sorceries, so he can't copy them. Deranged Assistant is a little slow, it's only one mana. Thanks for the suggestions though!

First of all, your welcome! And welcome to MTG Vault! Second, I only found a few Eldrazi fitting the target area. Devastator, as you mentioned, Reality Smasher, and Walker of the Wastes. However, the last two need the new colorless mana to be cast. Maybe a couple Hedron Crawlers? As for Deathtouch, no size-able ones.
Very nice deck! I never thought about Overgrown Battlement this way, but WOW. And I know that this may be a budget deck, but one suggestion. Add an Eldrazi. Doesn't have to be a titan, (although they are very good, hence them being titans) but it could be a lesser one. For instance, Desolation Twin. 2 10/10's for 10! Sandsteppe Mastodon would be a good prelude, then BAM. If you add an evasion spell or two, (or one that copies) two virtually unblockable 10/10's. Still has my like the way it is though!
Yeah, I love burn, but all the GOOD spells are pretty expensive.Because they're good. But yeah.
I would say replace Lightning Strike with Lava Spike, but that's my opinion. All i can think of right now except Mizzix of the Izmagus, but I don't think that's modern legal. Good deck! +1
