Second in my series of "tribute" decks to Innistrad! First: R/G Werewolves. You'll guess by the title. Swarm your opponents with Spirits, the flying embodiment of death! If you have any suggestions to get this budget, I would be happy to hear! (This is currently 60 bucks on TCGPlayer)
Cast early Spirits, use Counterspell and Vapor Snag for slowing the tide of creatures that may be coming at you until you get some creatures that can gum up the ground. Once you get some creatures, then cast a bunch of Snags to clear the path. Drogskol Captain is a solid, (perhaps the BEST) turn 3 play. Latch Seeker is good for pumping, seeing as it's unblockable. I included some creatures in the sideboard to help against a control matchup.
