All of these cards are still in standard, (if only for a while) and will stay in Modern. If you have any ideas that will keep this deck in budget, I'd like to hear them! Also, if there is a way to keep this deck around post-rotation, I would LOVE to know. On TCGPlayer, this deck is 48 bucks. I haven't checked Amazon or eBay, but I suspect they will be about 30. 35 with shipping.
Play early creatures, dash some so that they go back to your hand. However, cards like Mardu Strike Leader are really good to dash, cause you want to keep them around. Things like Scout, dash them 1-2 times, then hard-cast them. It's just not worth the extra mana every turn. Kolaghan gives all your creatures haste, along with having haste herself. She has really good synergy with Strike Leader + Brutal Hordechief. Warshrieker for extra mana, plus good fixing. Keep in mind that the creatures Chief of the Edge/Scale are NOT legendary, so you CAN have multiple. They can stack up FAST.
