Yeah you could find room for something like Assault Strobe if you wanted.
I would also suggest Faithless Looting to find your combo cards. You could quite easily lower the number of Seed Guardians and Sunflare Shamans to accommodate this change.
I don't think he needs Faithless Looting, mostly because he has 4 Flamekin Harbingers. Also, it doesn't fit the idea of this deck.
I agree with Zoakselot however I do not love the Seed Guardians either.
How about elemental mastery?
It's a good card but it costs 4 mana and the goal of the deck is to win on turn four.

It's funny you mention that card I was originally trying to build a deck around it to cheat in big threats, however I had a hard time making it reliable and I couldn't find an easy way to set up the top of my library.
