i did think about it but my problem was that i dont know what im ramping for. I know it could help me be faster but unless i get arena out, it leaves me without a hand. Not to mention it hurts me if i cant drop an obliterator or messenger on time because i have a nyxthos out instead of a swamp.
running your hand out faster is a good thing, at least run one. also Grasp of Darkness is a bad dismember. as for sideboard. Surgical is good. darkblast is good Go for the throat is worse than victim of the night. drown in sorrow is good vs affinity, or damnation(this is expensive though). You could run torpor orb for the pod match up (hurts them a ton more than it hurts you)

I feel you would rather bloodghast as it is a recurring threat. other than that deck looks good to me i think.

what do you think about mutilate as opposed to damnation? I like it and its a lot cheaper, and kills indestructible things

what do you guys think of sadistic sacrament? I feel like it could be pretty damn good in modern vs combo decks, plus with my discard i can still eliminate what they draw. any opinions?
