im not a big fan of decks with a lot of 2 ofs in it. in my opinion having 4 of each card that you think will work that has a low mana cost is a better idea because it improves the consistency of the deck, but with the higher mana cost cards its up to you. also you should consider adding in some zombie spawning spells like moan of the unhallowed, and army of the damned in there so you can get more out on the field faster, because in my experience the best and most fun way to win with a zombie deck is to swarm your opponent. nothing beats the look on their face when you say, "I attack with 30 2/2 zombies".
going to take out -2 liliana of the veil -2 Grimoire of the dead -2 rooftop storm and add some of the new zombies
when the new set comes out im going to update the deck with some new cards

if it were me i would drop the Unsummon for the Stormtide Leviathan.
You may want to look at Stormtide Leviathan. its high cost but it should add a little bit more power to your deck.
you may want to look into Dead Reckoning and Cabal Coffers. the Dead Reckoning will add more control and the Cabal Coffers will add better mana generation.
ok so maybe it is not green. i cant seem to find it anymore but there is a card that says you cant get poison counters.
you should check out the new phyerexia cards. their is a green cards that says you cant get poison counters and cards with infect lose infect.
Or somthing else if you like the Blackcleave Goblins
You should drop the Blackcleave Goblins for some Fireshrieker. The goblins are a bit under powered for a 4 cost. The Fireshriekers give equipped creature double strike.
Consider using more green power up cards like Untamed Might and Ground Swell. Also this deck seems like it might be a little slower so maybe add cards to get rid of opponents creatures like go for the throat and doom blade.
if you want to increase the effectiveness of the life gain, try adding some unholy strengths to boost your life link.
