Help me to fix this deck so it works!

How to Play

1)Put out lifelink creatures or mirran crusader with felidar umbra to have some extra life so you can afford to sacriface some of your life or if you got soul conduit you use it´s ability when you have really low life!
So when you don´t have the artifact you can trust your lifelink creatures!
2)confuse your enemy, he will have no idea what you will do to him

You could go the otherway and put phyrexian unlife in so that you can't go below 0 life then have soul conduit artifact that makes you exchange life totals with somebody

Interesting concept, but I would consider running less of the phyrexian mana and go for cards that have specific small lose life drawbacks then go for the switch, which is really what I did with this deck:
