you have some good cards, but I'd cut way down on the spells (especially all the one-ofs, except Elvish Promenade--get more of that) and work on the creatures, getting more copies of the ones crucial to your strategy...perhaps looking at my elf-deck would be of some use : http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=49710 .
