Deck Description

This deck prices at around $21 median at date of creation, but that's largely based on Hordeling Outburst being a premium uncommon. The rares can mostly be found in Intro Packs or bought cheaply. This is a strategy based around building up for huge blowouts using Touch of Moonglove. It relies on opponent creatures, so it might be weak against low-creature control strategies, and it can suffer against counterspells in general.

The two main blowouts are Burning Hellhound + Touch of Moonglove and Chandra's Ignition + Touch of Moonglove.

For the Burning Hellhound route, the goal is to get some cheap creatures in play and stall against your opponent's creatures (with deathtouch creatures like Fetid Imp or Ruthless Ripper as disincentives for them to attack), and then use Burning Hellhound's ability with Touch of Moonglove to ping each of their creatures, killing them with deathtouch and doing 2 life loss to the opponent for each one killed. Follow up with open attack using the Hellhound and anything else you still have alive.

The Chandra's Ignition route is more complex but has bigger potential. Your creature of choice for it is Nantuko Husk, since it can build to gigantic and then attack after clearing the board. If you can make it big enough (say 8/8 or 10/10), you may not even need Touch of Moonglove to make a lethal explosion and attack. Any creature with deathtouch can sweep the rest of the board though, and Touch of Moonglove will add the deathtouch if needed (just be careful not to kill yourself).

The Nalaars can do some work with Moonglove also, but less efficiently.

Alesha gives some recursion (and maybe bonus thopters).

With so many ways to sacrifice your creatures, Deadly Wanderings can give a meaningful boost to the lone survivor (especially a pumped Husk or lone Hellhound). It can even replace Moonglove for deathtouch with the Hellhound if you sacrifice all the rest of your creatures onto the stack.

And Arcbond gives you a smaller version if Chandra's Ignition to sweep the board when you get into combat with a deathtouch creature. If you can just put out one blocker early and bait them into engaging it while they grow their army, you can create huge card advantage, with a nice direct damage bonus if you use Moonglove in the exchange.

Since Moonglove is so cheap to cast, don't forget that you can stack the life loss effect from multiple copies.
