You don't think have 4x of both Faithless Looting and Wild Guess isn't going overboard? After all, that equals out to 12 ways to ditch stuff and you might not need that many, especially if you're sacing creatures with Bone Splinters. Maybe run a couple Liliana of the Veil instead? gives you a way to feed your graveyard with the addition of some fast control of your opponents board and/or hand.

Of course, after I write this, I notice the "budget" part of the header. >.< Yeah... My comment still stands, although, instead of Lili's, maybe just some direct kill/burn that doesn't depend on you having a creature?
