For this being a token deck it cn produce a lot of them quickly I would suggest Sorin, Lord of Innestrad. Being able to produce lifelinking Vampire and pump you Offense is amazing! I would probably drop Deathpact Angel she seems a bit slow for this deck as amazing as I find her she just doesn't feel right here but I could he wrong your call!
It looks like a decent idea, but the creatures and the support suite are pretty lacking, and also, SnarlingToes, DON'T SPAM. With that heavy curve, 23-24 lands work best, too bomb dependant for the weenies to be unnoticed
