This Paradox Haze-based deck exploits the multiple upkeeps that it expects. Quite the opposite of my Upkeepless Deck, cards with suspend make up the majority of the good cards in this deck. Although definitely slow at first, I think this deck would pick up rather quickly. Please tell me what you think.

I'm not sure, if Darksteel Reactor adds much to the deck. Instead I'd focus on getting the suspended cards faster with Clockspinning, Jhoira's Timebug and maybe Walk the Aeons. Could also throw in Ancestral Vision for card draw.
