Mono Blue Quest Deck: The aim of the deck is to pull a quest (or 2-4) and abuse it! Rearrange the deck to add Quest counters using spells like: - Ponder - Preordain - Mystic Speculation - Sage Owl - Sage of Epityr AND if that's not enough use the Thrumming Birds to proliferate the quest and Paradox Haze to give you an extra upkeep!
