Very basic black pauper deck.
Buff your attackers, mainly Tormented Soul. Highborn Ghoul is for non-black decks and Quag Vampires is for black, so you should always have a creature able to attack uncontested. Mark of the Vampire is for the late game and Echoing Decay is great against mass/token decks.

Dear lord... A modern deck that I wont have to sell my kidney to fund. XD I like it sir. I may try this at my game store on modern day. Although a draw deck would be fun too... not to win of course, just see if you draw out before they kill you. But this has a chance, my question is how do you answer the threat of infect?

I havn't thought about how to deal with infect tbh. I guess it'll just be race against infect, burn and mill. Glad you like the deck. Budget is always my number one concern =)
