Deck Description

Karador seemed like a perfect fit with the beloved Dredge mechanic (and I needed to replace my Ghave deck...which would go infinite with nothing more than basic lands...). I really like graveyard decks (even though i've been burned pretty badly in the past by heavy gy hate). So far its a ton of fun to play and in our group (as long as I don't play it every single week) it seems to hold up pretty well.

Comments (and non-infinite combo's) are always welcome.

How to Play

Three simple rules: Dredge, dredge dredge. Get around 5 lands and then drop a dredge creature in the yard with either Putrid Imp, Diabolic Intent, a first turn discard (I know it hurts land drops but you will get more out of it), using a sac outlet, etc. Three to five creatures will land Karador on the field and let you start casting everything you've dredged away. Cast it out of your graveyard and smash face.

Notable Combo's:
Tooth and Nail --> Elesh Norn + Massacre Wurm = mini board wipe with pain.
Putrid Imp + dredge creature in hand = big graveyard.
Saffi Eriksdotter + Sun Titan + Viscera Seer = infinite cry (plus infinite sac outlets).
Saffi Eriksdotter + Sun Titan + Vish Kal = infinitely large, lifelinking creature.
Life from the Loam + cycle lands = card draw + deck thinning.
Enduring Renewal + Null Profusion/Recycle = lots of card draw + creature recursion

Deck discussion for Ghosts of Dredge

looks like alot of fun, karador seems like a perfect fit for your dredge theme. karador doesnt really seem nessacary which is always a plus.
to be honest this deck had a lot of cool interactions but when i saw lord of extinction in there being such an auto included that it is. i was a little disappointed...just because there was no trickery to it, it's just to vanilla. but not a bad card or option and seeign as i dont have a replacement for it without really thinking about it. i guess i cant really talk.

anyways check out my riku edh deck if you got the chance. i havent been able to play test it yet so am looking for some other interesting things that can be done with riku. non infinte and not taking extra turns.
