Looks good, add one more well of lost dreams, humility would be good too. Temple acolyte is a good cheap creature. Oracle of nectars is nice as well. Add some dual color lands. Serra avatar is too expensive so I would take that out. I would also drop to 2-3 sanguine bonds.

If possible, I would try and fix the mana curve. Being able to play cards everytime is great, and with only 1/3 of the deck being lands, it may be hard to get the higher end of the mana curve.

Also, I would try and rely on the Sanguine Bonds too much. They're amazing cards, and using the Enlightened Tutor to pull them is great, but someone can just as easily have a Naturalize or something of the sort in their deck. I'd try to get more speed in the deck as far as creatures go. Vampire Nighthawks are AMAZING, and using Nip Gwyllion out and attacking on the first few turns is great.
