Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Corrupted Conscience Sideboard could be Pistus Strike or Relic Putrescence I'd add in maybe something else that can be proliferated then, to help you survive. The poison proliferate route is slow. Tumble Magnets are good, or even something for an alternate win like Shrine of Burning Rage... Lux Cannon for some removal...

I agree. This stratagy might work out because if a spell gets countered then you Always have back up. I might add some sign in bloods, for more draw spells.
I agree, Sign in Blood would be great here. You don't want to get into the position where you don't have cards to address threats. You could also consider Preordain to help you dig a little bit. This is definitely a creative way to go about infect and I applaud you. With a little more card draw, not only will you be able to get to your tools a little quicker, but your success rate will also increase.
