Blasting station would be pretty cool in here too
it would be decent, but I think it just overcomplicates an already complicated combo. Blood Artist works as a kill, and a lifegain, should you need it for some reason. Also, should you need to keep it alive, you can rootborn defenses, and still pull off the win on that turn.
yea I was just thinking if you ran blasting station, you could cut out Blood Artist and Illness in the Ranks. Its a slightly pricey addition, but since your decks biggest threat is Midnight Guard and Presence of Gond, Maybe run some Enlightened Tutors and/or Eladamri's Call? Might help make the combo a sure thing every game
those, I agree with. good tip. Although...those two cards take the deck out of Modern set range....might have to run Diobolic Revelation instead
decent substitutes, I kinda like Idyllic tutor better than enlightened anyway, puts it into your hand instead of library. nice work
