Combos with gleancrawler are the driving force of this deck. Start dredging early with stinkweed imp or darkblast, getting lands with life from the loam or select creatures with golgari thug. Dread returns flashback can be used to reanimate gleancrawler and the sac'd creatures go right back to your hand. With gleancrawler and doomgape, you can either keep it out indefinitely while getting things from your graveyard with golgari thug/eternal witness, or just sac gape to itself for a quick 10 life with little drawback. If you can't overwhelm your opponent with tramplers, savra and jarad will clear the field.
