His +1 ability allows you to quickly fetch through your deck, allowing you to "draw" 2-3 creature cards nearly every time you use it.

Ah yes. Garruk, Caller of Beasts. I've really wanted to use this guy ever since he came to Standard, but the price was too high for me. Now that he has rotated, it gives you the chance to build this awesome budget beasts deck around him. Got some all star budget.....well, beasts.... in here. Couple that with some good green removal and awesome green pump, and you've got quite the deck here. Nice one, Northy! :D
