I forgot where that phrase is from, but man, it fits perfectly XDSome suggestions:1. Cunning Sparkmage over Prodigal Pyromancer (haste burn!)2. Some spells to consider: acidic soil, bend or break/citadel of pain (can be such a hard troll in multiplayer XD), Chandra Nalaar (pretty cheap, surprisingly for a planeswalker), Firestorm (1 mana, you get to choose your discards XD), Inferno, Lord of Shatterskull Pass (good mana sink if you don't have anything to play), Lavaborn Muse (multiplayer card), Pyrohemia (combined with the doll? great XD), Slagstorm, Guttersnipe (this one should be in here I think XD), volcanic fallout, Warp World (if you are feeling lucky!), World Fire (the greatest gambling)On that note, what about a deck based around creepy dolls? XDHave fun :)
Some good suggestions and I think they should look into some of these. However Worldfire is banned for many reasons.

I know this is budget but really no Squee, Goblin Nabob? You have room for another $15-20 worth of cards to put in. Thousand-year elixir and heartless hidetsugu make for a MEAN combo. elixir works well with both hidetsugu AND the general. Dropping all life to 20 or below with Hidetsugu makes burn VERY viable, VERY FAST in EDH. A few double-down damage enchantments like the dictate of the twin gods or furnace of rath get ugly too!

JundWalker, you know that the commander has to be a legendary creature? Or are you just suggesting me to create an EDH with Stuffy Doll as its main win condition and you don't care about the commander? Answer me this question and I can get working. I always try my best if given a suggestion.
I meant like a good synergy deck with Stuffy Doll as the main attraction. Not sure who the commander would be though. Although I'd like a commander that would be easy to get out onto the field decently early in the game.
