"RURIC THAR LIKE NO FANCY SPELLS!"

Deck discussion for Budget EDH: Control? THEN DIE!

I'm so sick and tired of that one guy in my playgroup that plays 200+ IQ UW control and counters all my shit. FUCK THAT GUY. This deck looks super fun, I don't think I'll play it but I'll definitely use some of these cards to put into the decks I already have!

I had a funny thought about this. Spells that have you sac a creature as a cost could use Ruric Thar as a great bit of fuel and not suffer for being cast. Especially great as a response to removal. Fling, and Momentous Fall come to mind just off the top of my head. Also Soulblast could be a hilarious win-con, or at least a good way to finish that one player who cast wrath.

Man the more I look at this, the more I want certain cards in it. Gruul Ragebeast is budget AF and really fun for this deck.
