Kruphix's deck lets you draw cards. Lots and lots of cards.How can you win by drawing some cards? Pretty good budget list! I'm kind of suprised that you don't run more X spells considering your commander, this deck is just begging to abuse gelatinous genesis or gigantomancer :P

This deck absolutely needs Enter the Infinite. Although it costs 12, Kruphix's mana banking ability will get you the mana, and it plus a card like Psychosis Crawler or Labratory Maniac is a win combo.49 cents on TCG player. I would just take out Sylvan Ranger.
Venser's Journal is about 3 to 4 dollars more, but is seems to be a pretty solid addition as you will have many cards in hand and may help stall out stomply/aggressive decks for a bit!
You could also take out steel wall and one of the divination effects for both mnemonic wall and archaeomancer to put some more utility into the deck :)
Been digging around for some inspiration to start my first EDH deck. I'd already decided that I wanted Kruphix as my Commander, so I was pretty excited when I came across this, it's exactly what I was looking for! Any final tweaks you'd suggest before I order?Oh, I also finally updated my Simic decklist to match your advice.
This deck is pretty old. I guess I could create a new variation of it.
