This deck is in ECO TCG format, (which stands for Each Card Once, Thirty Card Games) which is a format I created where there are only 30 cards, but you can only have one copy of each card, other than basic lands, and you can only have 1 mythic rare. Also, because mill would be too overpowered, at the beginning of your upkeep, if you can't draw a card, nothing happens. Other than that, the rules are just like constructed.
In this deck, you just get creatures out and use their outlast abilities, and then they'll get really big and overpowered and will boost each other.
