This is by any means NOT your usual blue black control deck. AT ALL!This deck closely resembles a deck I have irl. The only differences is that I am missing a treasure cruise and I have cancel instead of dissolve. I just didn't have any desolves irl.
The point of this deck is to basically survive until turn 3 and then start milling yourself and rearranging everything, then cast treasure cruises and tasigurs for 1 mana, while forcing your opponent do not be able to do anything. Then, once you hit a torrent elemental or silumgar, keep on swinging for 3 every turn. Tedious, but effective, and also hilarious and really fun to play. Yes, I know that tasigur is legendary, but I still run 4, because some copies will probably just end up in the graveyard or exile, and he's a really essential card for this deck.
