Multi-player, draw 2, drop 2 (lands) format. This speedy little number is nothing more then your standard issue Tempered Steel deck. I've found it needs additional card draw for long Emperor games. It's so easy to drop most of your hand the first turn. Update 6/20/12: -2 Porcelain legionnaire, +2 Etched Champion.
