I would recommend you using Master of the Feast instead of Hypnotic Specter cuz you need your opponent to draw more cards in order discard them. Otherwise you'll end up with your opponent only have the card he/she drew that turn, and they're probobly gonna use it on his/her turn, wich leaves you to nopt being able to discard their cards since you discarding spells/ abilities can only be used on your turn. I'm actually working on a similiar deck but with cards like Underworld Dreams so the opponent also loses life when he/she draws cards.

thats a great idea, i couldnt think of a better alternative to the spectre, however, master of the feast could interfere with my shrieking afflictions but i dont think that will be a major problem.
Yeah cuz you do have alot of discard spells, and with Liliana you can at least do it once every turn.

I play 8-rack competitively and I wouldn't run more than 4x waste not and 4x megrim.That leaves you with 5 more slots, If you up the count on small pox to 4x you will be better against boggles and infect.now you have 3 more slots to go.These should be raven's crime as you can retrace it over and over again with any extra lands you may end up drawing.This being said I would also change 2-3 swamps into dakmor salvages would you can dredge them to retrace raven's crime to produce a soft lock.maybe also go -1x dismember+1x slaughter pact.Pact allows some blow out plays vs decks like twin or infect etc as you can tap out for lily and let them think they have an opening to go off. then just kill their creature and pay for it on your upkeep.

No i meant leave them in, I was saying take out affliction and megrim(i put megrim instead of caress-_-)so keep 4x-waste not and 4x-caress.I just made a typo in my above post.
not bad for a full black discard deck but i personally have a better combination for waste, to the point where it is token galore

for a full black deck, this is fine, but think of this (this is my opinion on how waste not can be used)waste not :discard effect, zombie tokenschasm skulker :counter for every time you DRAW a card, when creature dies, squid tokensdiregraf captian :zombie token boostjaces archivist :DISCARD hand and DRAW card equal to the amount you had in your handelixir of immortality :recycle graveyard into deckblue and black combo. good combo for milling, massive tokens, extra land and life.
