This was my template for the Odd's deck building challenge #1: Zombie Infestation!The goal was the create the best looking deck based around Zombie Infestation, while staying within the $50 budget. This deck was $49.85 on the date of construction.
The deck revolves around the card Zombie Infestation, with a splash of zombie tribal. Use Zombie Infestion to dump your Unearth and Gravecrawlers into your graveyard; Bring them back later to cause havoc. Howling Mine will ensure that your hand is full of enough cards to fuel Zombie Infestation. Undead Warchief will pump and make your larger creatures cheaper, however, the mana-heavy creatures are mainly in there for Unearth. The deck might look like it has a heavy curve, but hopefully that works itself out. Cemetery Reaper will pump your zombies up, and eventually make you more tokens if you have the mana. The deck has a fair amount of removal. 9 instant kill spells, and 4 Noxious Ghouls. Noxious Ghoul is fantastic at poking at your opponent's creatures. Note that Zombie Infestation's ability is an instant, meaning you could drop zombies onto the field as a combat trick for attacking OR blocking. Your Dark Withering also combos with Zombie Infestation, allowing you to cast it for it's madness cost of 1. Use your Corpse Connoisseurs to search and drop Gravecrawlers into your graveyard. If really needed, you could even drop your lords into the graveyard and bring them back with Zombify. Otherwise, use your Zombify as removal insurance to keep your lords on the field during the late game.
