Just a suggestion I would drop Obliterator. Unless someone only has burn or fight as removal, it never even stays on the field long enough to get the devotion trigger. I have been play testing my deck for the last month or so in my local shops. The current meta has too many ways to remove it.
I have been trying to make Panharmonicon work and it doesn't unless you build completely around it. I have a deck similar to yours and it hasn't worked for me.
Its a fun deck not everything needs to be competitive.
