Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

This is my take on a deck I noticed on mtgtop8.com. It revolves around Sidisi's ability to be a tutor any time you need it. You want to tutor up Ad Nauseam and draw through your deck, then discard to Sickening Dreams for the win. Play a land each turn until turn 5, then Exploit Sidisi to herself.Search for Ad Nauseam.Play your land for turn 6, then Ad Nauseam through most of your deck.Play Zuran Orb, Spellbook, and any other 0 CMC cards you wish to.Sac your lands until you have the most life, Dark Ritual into your Sickening Dreams.Discard your massive hand clearing the board and your opponent's life total.If you won't have the most life, wait to play and Sac your lands to Zuran Orb.Thoughtseize and other control are there in order to manipulate your opponent's chances at countering your combo.

I'm sure that everyone that has played or heard of Maralen combo has thought of this. It's the same dang thing. Just a commander swap.
